If you are unhappy with our service for any reason, simply contact us within 30 days for a full refund. The VPS and Dedicated Servers are exceptions as there is a significant cost with provisioning these services.

Yes, your service does support using a SSL certificate for secure web browsing.

Reselling through our Shared Hosting services is not permitted at this time – However our Cloud VPS and Dedicated Server options do allow reselling.
